Unmarried mothers.
Reports that I read in two English national newspapers of a 14 year old girl being pregnant had no mention of the father of that, soon to be, child.
I am not asking for his name, I have no right to know his name, and I don't care what his name is, but, someone should be asking.
It is my belief that it is an offence to have a sexual relationship with a child, and, at 14 years of age, this girl remains a child.
In all instances, the mother should name the father, easily checked with a d.n.a. test, and this should be compulsory by law, refusal to take the test would be deemed to be a positive test, fathers must be required to accept the responsibility of their actions for the next 18 or so years.
What, you may ask, if the girl refuses to name the father. So be it, but, then the child should become the responsibility of the parents or guardian of the "girl/mother" and not the state.
Have I just solved the problem of unmarried mothers in a few sentances?.
